How to kick ass

I like to punch things, I like to kick things, I like to lift heavy and leave it all out there on the mat. Trained as a yoga instructor, I am more of a Cross Fit fanatic/ninja. I am also ADD, so I don’t like to stick to one workout. Bully for you though, you get to experience every new exercise fad vicariously through me. Except for Parkour.
